The Norris Room - 2nd Floor Rates: Weekends - (Fri, Sat & Sun)  $199 Weekdays -   Double $159 Single $130 Private bathroom with Whirlpool bath (en-suite) Originally the master bedroom of the Norris Family, the romantic Norris Room is decorated in classic Victorian Style. The Charles Room -- 2nd Floor Rates: Weekends - (Fri, Sat & Sun)  $165 Weekdays - Double $149  Single $125 Private bathroom with walk-in shower Named for a heroic, young Norris VMI Cadet caught up in the Civil War, the Charles Room dates back to the original building of the house. The Garden Room – 2nd Floor Rates: Weekends - (Fri, Sat & Sun)  $159 Weekdays - Double $139 Single $125 Private bathroom with walk-in shower (en-suite) The Garden Room, with its Queen-sized bed, looks out over the Norris House Gardens. The Country Room - 3rd Floor Rates: Weekends - (Fri, Sat & Sun)  $155 Weekdays - Double $135 Single $125 Private bathroom with walk-in shower (en-suite) Tucked away at the top of the house, this room is a comfortable private retreat. The Hannah Room – 3rd Floor Rates: Weekends - (Fri, Sat & Sun)  $145 Weekdays - Double $130 Single $125 Private bathroom with bathtub / shower Also tucked away at the top of the house is the charming and cozy Hannah Room with lovely views of the outside treetops and gardens. The twin beds make it perfect for companions traveling together. If requested,  AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION, these beds can be converted into a King Bed.  Please note that as the shower is located under the sloping eaves of the house, this could be a challenge for guests over 6 ft. Policies & Amenities

• All room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
• Reduced rates: weekdays, single occupancy & extended stay.
• Discounted rates available during off-season January/February.
• Each additional person in room $35.00 supplement.
• Two-night minimum stay may be required during high season and holiday weekends.
• Booking Periods:

   

  • Individual weekday rooms - immediately.
  • Individual weekend rooms - 60 days out.
  • 3 rooms or more - immediately with 30 day cancellation.
  • Entire Inn - immediately with contract.
• Cancellations:

   

  • Individual bookings: 72-hour cancellation notice required to avoid charges.
  • Advance Group Multiple Room Bookings: 30 day cancellation notice required to avoid charges.
  • Entire Inn Booking: Subject to contract.
• No refunds for early departure.
• Check-in: Weekdays: 4:00 – 6:00 pm. Saturday & Sunday: 2:00 – 3:00 pm. Other arrival times available, but must be arranged in advance with the Innkeepers.
• Check – out: 11:00 am
• Checks, cash, and Visa/MC/AE are accepted
• No smoking: The Inn is a no-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in the grounds utilizing the ash trays provided.
• Children: Age seven and above welcome. Family groups taking the entire Inn may bring younger children. The Inn is not child proofed.
• Pets: Sorry we cannot accommodate pets.

• All guest rooms are air-conditioned and include heavy toweling bathrobes, hair dryers, clock radios, bottled water and all bathroom soaps and amenities.
• An iron and ironing board for guest use are stored on the second floor landing.
• Guest refrigerator is provided on the second floor landing for chilling beverages, guest cold storage, etc
• Complimentary wireless access provided for laptop users throughout the Inn. For those without the necessary equipment for access, a hook-up for laptops can be found in the Library
• Television and telephone are provided in the Library.
• Fireplaces in the public rooms will be working during the winter months
• Complimentary pass available to Ida Lee Recreation/Sports Center. www.idalee.org
